شروط الشهادة ومتطلباتها:
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة في مجال الموارد البشرية.
- اجتياز الوحدات المطلوبة للحصول على الشهادة.
- حضور جميع الأيام التدريبية، إذ التخلف عن أحد أيام الأسبوع قد يتطلب إعادة الأسبوع كاملاً.
